Rachael Citron, Professional Bridal Consultant™, has been planning celebrations, meetings, trade shows, and other special events for over a decade, and she loves every minute of it! She is a member of the Association of Bridal Consultants and a Distinguished Graduate of their Professional Development Course. She also holds a B.S.B.A. in Management and Marketing from Shippensburg University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Rachael established Glass Slipper Weddings and Events in 2006, and it has been growing in leaps and bounds ever since. Whenever she has free time, Rachael enjoys crafting, singing, planning trips, spending time with family, and cuddling her terrier, Zoe. She is also an accomplished performer and instructor of Middle Eastern dance.

Lauren McCaffrey

Senior Bridal and Event Consultant

Lauren McCaffrey has been planning and coordinating weddings and special celebrations for over seven years. Detail–oriented and hard–working, she adores being a part of the fast–paced wedding industry. She holds a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Rowan University, and she currently works as a teacher of middle school mathematics.

Crystal Hamai

Senior Bridal and Event Consultant

Crystal Hamai has organized and coordinated both large and small events for over twenty years and is pleased to be a part of Glass Slipper Weddings as an Senior Bridal and Event Consultant. As a high school and college level teacher, Crystal is exceedingly well practiced at on-the-spot problem solving and planning efficiency. She is currently a Ph.D. student at Rutgers University.

Shannon Leo

Senior Bridal and Event Consultant

Shannon Leo has always had a passion for events and celebrations, and she loves helping friends, family, and clients reduce their stress and organize every special detail. A creative problem solver, she holds a Degree in Business Administration as well as a Certification in Meeting and Event Planning Management. Shannon is also a competitive powerlifter and currently holds both American and World records in the sport.

Victoria Crispo

Assistant Bridal and Event Consultant

Victoria Crispo gained planning experience while working at a private liberal arts college, coordinating events for students and alumni that were fun, classy, and educational. She graduated magna cum laude from Wagner College with a B.S. in Business Administration: Marketing as well as a MBA in Marketing. She is currently a managing partner at Career Services USA, a boutique start–up that provides a full menu of career coaching and confidence–building services.
